Oleandra is an opulent Sicilian Villa, located in a quiet, dominant peninsula offering stunning views on the Mediterranean sea and bthe ancient city of Siracusa, with the majestic Etna volcano in the backdrop. Secluded beaches with pristine waters are at 7 minutes walk in the nearby marine and nature reserve. Built in the 20th century in an Art deco style, this Villa has very ample spaces : 5 beatiful appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an additional room for remote workings or additional guests, several indoor and outdoor lounges. A fully equided outdoor lounge with open fire and kitchen/BBQ complete this beautiful property. The property has been completely renovated from floor to roof in 2023 with a stylish contemporary design and furnished with original art works.
