This has been the worst hotel experience I have experienced. From the hostile management system or the whacked out crackheads that casually walk around in broad daylight the people you will encounter in the general vicinity is bewildering. They threatened to call the police on me for wanting to leave three hours later to make my red eye flight. While I was here, my food was stolen despite the presence of 24/7 security and service desk🙄 On my first night, my room wasn’t ready for me so I had to stay in the handicapped room on the first floor. They claim I need vacate so they clean the room but how was that they case when the hotel is operating at less than 40% capacity. That room was absolutely disgusting. It looked as if the former disabled resident had a failed attempt to the bathroom. I have no idea why this place is rated so highly on this app. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS!!!

The room was cozy, it got hot in the middle of the night, it was a bit uncomfortable though. The staff was super sweet and professional. I was a bit took back by the surprise 100 deposit. The bath tub drain was full of blonde hair that clogged the drain so my shower was a mini bath too lol gross. Other than that, it was a pleasent stay. Thank you.

This hotel had some strong points and some areas needing improvement. On the positive side, the front desk lady was very friendly and helped me switch to a room away from the highway, which was much appreciated given the extreme loud traffic noise. However, the bed linens were a major disappointment; they were old, pilling, and clearly not fresh, with visible human hair. Breakfast was okay, but it lacked any meat options.

Cons: The road traffic all night noise was not great since this property is right next to the freeway. Also the bed could use an updated mattress and bedding. Breakfast was very lacking but it was included so can't complain too much, but we had to go somewhere else to eat since they didn't have what we liked. Outside area and people around were a bit sketchy. Pros: Staff was nice and overall the hotel was clean and what we needed. Price was fair.

Ensure lamps are all working and plugged in. Entering a dark room does not feel safe. Ensure keys work on the first time. It took 3 attempts to have 2 keys that actually work. Ensure rooms are actually clean and no trash is left as there was a bag of garbage in my closet and gum wrapper on the floor. Also, shower was difficult to keep from dripping at night. Breakfast could use some protein like eggs. Not all power and USB outlets were working.

I stayed here with a friend for another friend’s wedding in Tacoma. It was much better than some reviews led me to believe. It’s definitely not 5 star but I didn’t pay for that. The continental breakfast wasn’t the best (not a lot of warm food) but it was nice to not have to worry about breakfast. Our room was clean and spacious. The double beds were large enough and there was a microwave and fridge. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will say that my Tacoma friends told us that it’s located in the “bad” part of town. They told us it probably wasn’t good to walk around at night. However, we never had issues in the parking lot (they have a security guard on duty at night) even though we came back late multiple nights. They had us use keycards to get into doors after hours which made me feel safer too. I think it’s a decent place to stay close to freeway for Tacoma or Seattle although I’d recommend a car to avoid walking late night in train stations back to hotel.
