-Bookings include the Modern Manor and use of the communal yard, additional cottages are not included.



-Modern Manor is booked in its entirety and is not a shared space.



-Parking for the Modern is located under a covered parking area one spot to the left, unless there is a current guest in need of an EV charger. Street parking is always available and communication of where to park will be given with check-in information.



-EV Station is a level 2 and is Tesla compatible with an adapter.

One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. -hot tub was clean and well maintained-stocked with laundry soap, bathroom supplies, etc-games for the kids-comfortable and cozy house with beautiful interior -smelled nice without being overly fragranced Would stay again the next time we are here!

This place is perfect. Clean, new, has all the amenities you need. The upstairs is far too hot to sleep in during the summer, but the downstairs is great. The property is nice and the location is great if you want to be near downtown. Host was responsive as well. I couldn't have been happier and we will definitely stay here again.

Children loved playing in the attic. Kitchen was missing a few key items such as mixing bowl, measuring cups and measuring spoons. We appreciated the Smores makings and complimentary wine. Showers could use grab bars. Without the children we would never have figured out how to use the TV. Enjoyable stay overall.

Best in Class

Really nice 2 bed/2 bath in downtown Puyallup area. Just north of downtown off of Meridian. Super clean, great shower, great mattress and bedding. AC was excellent...kitchen well equipped. One of best rentals found in area and hosts were super responsive. We visit Puyallup twice a year for Jehovah Witness assembly and this rental is perfect for all.
