Staff friendly, hotel modern and clean. Grounds and pool area are very well kept. Food was average, pool bar food was better than restaurant for us. Location is perfect for a chilled, relaxed holiday but if you want to experience the city of Agadir or more food options you can jump in free shuttle bus or taxi. Taxi to Agadir around £10.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Place. I have never met such hospitable people, the whole team were friendly, attentive & always going above & beyond for us. They helped us move rooms when we had noisy neighbours & helped with printing out our boarding passes. The breakfast was lovely, fresh every morning. The main attraction is for sure the swimming pool area & beautiful surrounding gardens, it feels so peaceful and they take such good care of the area. Looking out to the tranquil sea is an incredibly special feature of the property. Also a big shout out to Karim, Jamal, Hassan, Ghizlane, Brahim, Mohamed & Khadija! Love Jess & Evo x

Rightly dimensioned, friendly, clean and convenient buffet breakfast and dinner. Lovely pool and great views. Should however not be listed amongst the 5 stars, it is a level below. There is a spa but needs booking also to use the sauna/steam room. This is not make clear by Expedia. But overall a very pleasant stay and well done to all the staff.
