Parking- -There are 2 parking spaces for vacation rental guests. Parking is in the driveway in front of the house, but the spaces dedicated for short term stays are the two right-side spaces (closest to the bear bin). The far left space is for the long term back unit.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: -This is a dog-friendly house but in order to bring a dog, you must pay a $100 dog fee per dog, 2 dog maximum. If you bring a dog without paying the dog fee, you will be subject to a fine much greater than the pet fee. -Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules). Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed. -Majority of renters must be the age of 25 yrs old or older -This home has a long term small cabin on the back end of the property. There is a fence to provide privacy to the backyard. IN SUMMER: The space rented to our guests will not be entered onto by the long term tenants as they have a back exit, so the yard is able to be privately used by guests. IN WINTER: Due to snow and Ice, the tenant uses the side entrance to get back to their unit, but will not spend any time in the backyard, it will just be for egress and ingress. There are newly installed curtains in the dining room to provide privacy if desired.
