there was no way to turn off the light at the entrance of the room. breakfast has basically no selection, and a roach was found in the drawer keeping the bowls.

Reasonably large room for 2 pax, & clean bath. Find bath towels a little old but clean. Breakfast was same everyday, small portions servings. After 9.00am practically nothing much left. Quiet location so good for early sleep-ins. Location is good, convenient to MRT, lots of shops, food cafes, 7-11 stores typically Taipei.

The hotel is quiet, clean.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre. However, staff will always call a taxi for you and tell the driver where you need to go. Most staff can speak some English. There is a Metro Station about 10 minutes walk. Breakfast is Chinese style only but fresh and good!!

Convenient and clean.

The hotel is couple blocks away from my in-laws' place. It was absolutely convenient for my wife and I during our visit in Taipei. The hotel is clean and quite close to the metro station. Getting around the city is thus quite convenient. It also comes with breakfast. Even though the food was not the greatest, it was really convenient to have some food and drink at the beginning of the day.

Huge bathroom

I stayed at this hotel for two nights because it was the closest to my girlfriend's place in Taipei and the price was quite affordable. The hotel is actually only 5 mins walk from the Metro station. However, it might take you a little bit of looking around to locate the hotel during the first time because it is in one of the side streets. I chose the room with a Jacuzzi tub. The room itself is not huge by all means and has one tiny window. However, the bathroom is definitely the highlight because it was about 2/3 of the size of the room! It has a separate shower in addition to the tub. The bathroom is located on the perimeter of the building so it actually has more windows (and bigger) than the room itself. The staff was polite and served me with a smile. I spoke Mandarin when I checked in and out of the hotel, so I do not know the staff's level of English skill. Breakfast was included in my stay. Even though the quality of the breakfast was just alright, it was better than going outside with an empty stomach. Overall, I will stay in this hotel again because it is convenient for my personal reason and quite affordable.

Friendly Hotel for Stay

Jingan Classical Inn is a nice and friendly hotel for travelers. I have been visited them couple times already. Reasonable price and nice room size. WiFi is good, staffs are nice. No complaint at all.

Clean, comfortable stay!

The stay was good and the manager was very prompt in getting my parents a new room when we complained that the room assigned for them wasn't in very good condition. Loved the bath tub!

Satisfactory service

Overall okay. Food served during breakfast is a mixture of East and West. Knives should be provided to cut sausages, bacon and ham and for spreading butter / jam on bread.

The hotel needs better cleaning, better maintenance. The Staff was excellent and very helpful! The area around the hotel is very industrial no western places to eat except 7-11 and Domino's pizza. Didn't find the nightstand drawers full of condoms very useful or pleasant, perhaps the wrong place for the business traveler
