Easy check in with friendly, English-speaking staff. Just what we needed after a 32 hour travel day. Location is perfect. The park view room was comfortable and spacious. Jacuzzi tub was great for recovering from our flights. Property has some wear and tear from age, but is generally well maintained. Hotel breakfast was sufficient, but you should really walk to Yong Kang Street and eat something like Tian Jin Scallion Pancake. I will happily return to this hotel.

Almost everything was excellent. Hotel itself is a little outdated. No usb connections as I would expect from a more modern hotel. Bathroom facilities are a bit tired.

Great stay. This is our second time. The staff was kind. We had complimentary breakfast which we weren't expecting. Love the view of the park from our room. We could have used the room being a bit cooler at night. We opened our window in the evening due to the cooler weather in hopes of cooling down our room a bit more.

The room was a bit small and I had noisy neighbors (slamming doors as they enter and exit) but that's not the hotel's fault. When we booked it didn't include breakfast but when we arrived, they gave us complementary full breakfasts, which was awesome. The location is great in close proximity to an MRT station and lots and lots of food options. Bonus points for that.
