Location: less than a five- minute walk to Taipei Main Station and its train and metro lines and shops.
Room: not too small, not too big for one adult with one suitcase. Coffee, tea, and cookies always available.
Small room but clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Thereâs a public refrigerator - great idea! Also water dispenser for hot & cold water + tea/coffee and small snacks.
Very central location.
Convenient to main station & various other attractions
Excellent wifi
Coffee & tea available
Lots of nearby eating options
Quiet because I had an inside room. Donât know about the ones above the street
Shared fridge not so good
Mattress firm
Weird noises in water pipes (I think was the source)
I'll stay again. I think itâs good.
Get a room with a window! The roomâs without windows are not good. Not a functional space, quite small, and you never know what the weather is like outside.
No hand towel, no place to put the soap at the sink.
When using the bathroom sink, a loud vibration noise occurs. Hopefully it didnât bother the other guests!
The bath towels touch the toilet when you hang them on the rack.Either the towels are too long or the towel rack is too low.
Toilet was not attached to the floor so when I leaned over it moved⊠probably not great for sanitation, but Iâm not a plumber.
Room was clean and bright. Bed was comfortable enough.
Staff are great and do what they can with the limitations of the property - accommodated my late checkout (thanks!).
The room size was ok and it was clean. Unfortunately, there was no light next to the bed and you have to use the normal room lights. I found it too bright when relaxing in bed.
The lady at reception spoke very good English and was always able to help if any questions. If you want to do washing you will need to go to a place outside the hotel.
What I really didnât like is the breakfast vouchers. It only gave me 2 choices at McDonalds. Burger with egg and tea OR burger without the egg and coffee. No changes allowed.
I donât like having an included breakfast in a hotel and still feel hungry after eating it. I needed to go somewhere else to get more and better quality food. Whatâs the point of the included breakfast if you are still hungry after eating it?
I suggest to make the price for the rooms cheaper and donât advertise any breakfast. On the second day I had another voucher for a different place (Miss Croissant) but that was also not enough food. I attached some photos of both places. Both were worth around NT$90 each.
