Unfortunately our room smelt extremely musty/damp. Great commutation and I was allowed to use some essential oils to mask the smell (stayed in the pot with the lid open) But I think we should of been offered another room or a refund, hopefully they can get to the bottom of the problem as such a beautiful place

Self check-in form would not load got a message to staff and they asked us to send pictures of passports before they would give us the room code. If you didn’t have a car or motor cycle you would be really stuff nothing is in walking distance and if you didn’t have wifi you wouldn’t get in as no code
