We arrived at 9:45 AM and I assumed that the room would not be available to check in. To my surprise, we were permitted to check in at that time and the room was overlooking the pool. Nice property with helpful staff. Very conveniently located with secure parking area

This place has better potential. The TV’s in the room are too small. There needs to be better lighting outside for the parked cars in the back and for guest safety. Any criminal can wonder through those cars unseen. I can’t recall but I don’t think there were camera’s outback; while there is some lighting in area it’s still too dark and unsafe. The staff was very nice and helpful, Excellent service.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Friendly service and for the most part rooms and hotel were clean-coffee cups in room had been used though. Our hotel door lock had to be serviced during our stay due to a dead battery; we were locked out temporarily but issue was fixed rather promptly.

I had to wait for over fifteen minutes for the gentlemen to come back to the check in desk. He was rude and disrespectful, and I will never go back to that hotel. However, the room was clean, cool and comfortable.
