My stay at the Citybox Hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent — safe, a few steps to the ferry, and with very easy access to public transportation and very clean. All staff were very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tallin!

Very good location. A few minutes to the old town and port. Walkable to shopping areas. Room is clean. They have a public kitchen area. Self check in and out as well as luggage storage. They do have staff on duty as well if you need help. However there was no room cleaning service when we were there for 2 days. But you did can ask for new towels from the staff.

Perfect for what I need. Citybox is in a perfect location, 10 minutes walk to Tallinn Old Town and 10 minute walk the other way to the ferry terminal if you’re heading to Finland. I was upgraded to a small double room, very comfortable bed, great shower. There is also a spacious communal kitchen and living room on each floor. This place is ideal and fantastic value for money. I’ll be using again at some point!

Easy no fuss hotel

Great hotel. Easy check-in, perfect location, and quiet rooms. I especially like no TV in the room. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants no fuss, easy stays. I'll stay here again for sure!

Nice place to stay in Tallinn.

The hotel is nice and new. The rooms are clean and it's conveniently located near to restaurants and shopping. Paid parking at 10euros for 24 hours. Pleasant and helpful staff. Self check in and check out. There's a common kitchen.

My room had a wonderfully soft and comfortable bed. Great view. All the basic facilities with a communal kitchen available. You can do laundry onsite but it's expensive! And the shower is one of those European style ones that leaves the whole bathroom wet.

Great concept, not your standard hotel

Great stay in a convenient location. Building has everything you need. A kitchen, laundry room and somewhere to sit and eat. Great concept. Not like your standard hotel, felt more like living in an apartment building. The hotel's sister restaurant Lou Lou was great although it does get very busy which impacts service. The menu for hotel guests (where breakfast is included) is a little limited but I enjoyed it every morning. Old town was about a 10-minute walk away. Tallinn port was around 7 minutes away which is ideal. Nautica shopping mall is 5 minutes away. A good mix of shops including the supermarket Rimi. The downside is the construction work happening by the hotel. It was an eyesore and not the best view from my window so I couldn't open the curtains.
