In front of the apartment, crossing the pine forest (500m), you have access to the path along the sea. You can reach the Marina. The beautiful Veillon beach is 1.5 km away, accessible on foot by the footpath along the coast, by bicycle (cycle paths), in July and August, with a free shuttle "la Talmondaise", by car.
