Great family vacation!

Aside from initial frustration around finding the condo, we had a fantastic stay. We stayed at hotel Dria last year and enjoyed the experience of having a condo much more!

Beautiful Property and Great Stay!

Great location, clean and great communication by host. The view is spectacular!! This condo is in the center of it all and most restaurants are just a 3-5 minute walk. We loved staying here!

Birthday getaway

This is a beautiful property and condo. It was spacious, clean, had a full kitchen and a gas grill (which came in handy for the fish we caught). The pool was amazing, location was super easy and convenient to get to everything (excursions pick up right across the street at the hotel lobby). The view from the balcony never got old -- gorgeous views of the coast, plenty of bird action in the trees on the property. Just lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

The view is breathtaking and we especially enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony. Having access to the pool and the resort was great. Loved the location and convenience to town too.Small details give the condo 4 stars: need to replace the towels, need a laundry basket, WiFi needs to be secure, and need double lock to upstairs unit.

Beautiful condo, amazing views and location!

We loved our trip to Tamarindo, and this condo was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was simple. We arrived late because of flight delays, and really enjoyed the fresh bread and jam welcome gifts. The RPM staff was helpful with arranging transportation and communicated easily over WhatsApp. We loved spending time on the patio, with beautiful views of the beach, pool, monkeys in the trees, and many birds. Easy walking distance to the beach, shops and so many delicious restaurants. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The pool was exceptional, one of the nicest we've ever seen. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Can't beat the view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful condominium in a great location,close to everything yet quiet, even though there are a lot of condos in the complex. It was great having the amenities of both properties- I found the adult pool which was different than the free form pool and it was so big and empty I was able to swim laps. This was our second time to Tamarindo and we would stay here again in a flash. The parking lot was secured all the time so we felt safe about our rental. You will not find a more professional company to deal with then RPM. Lola responded to everything immediately- a first class operation!My only suggestion would be to provide binoculars because the view was so amazing. There are so many things to do, but this year we went out snorkling even though I had read Costa Rica is not the best, but there were lots of fish to see. The Diria arranged it and it was a really pleasant morning.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit wasn't clean, the management company wasn't very accommodating with regards to cot or renting unit above for 1 night. Management gave the wrong keys upon check-in and we had to go back to them to get the other keys. Not good towels, very old. View was great, overall nice unit.

Very nice unit. Great view. Nice pool. Could see a Howler monkey in trees out front.

Rental property management very responsive to your needs. Condo exactly as in pictures. Good wifi. Good supplies in condo. I believe it’s a Cost Rica issue but everywhere in CR they seem to only give you one plastic key card. Seems odd but happened in 3 CR locations.

Reviewer Comments: We have been to costa Rica annually for 15 years and travel the full length from Pavones to Ollies surfing.This trip was equally astonishing as our first. The accomodatioins and service were exceptional. The resort at Diria was not crowded this time of year so we had the best of both worlds by staying in the condos and using the hotel facilities.Great trip!

Amazing place to stay in Tamarindo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the spacious and modern condo. The views were amazing and close proximity to the pool and beach. One item to note is that the condo gives you access to the family pool but not the adult pool or the Hotel Diria pool. Also, you wear a wristband that will allow you to pass through Hotel Diria but does not allow eating at their restaurant (not sure you would want to) or the beach chairs on their property. Neither for us is a deal breaker since better food can be found for the price. I always find it better to explore the area than stay only at the resort. Head to Dragonfly for amazing food. The two rooms were spacious and nice to have the 2.5 baths. Overall impressed by the establishment and RPM with their timely response.

Staying in 502 and 603 this time, we really were happy with the fantastic location (Right across the street from the beach and steps to Fantastic restaurant, like our favorite (La Patagonia & Nari Pizza) On top of its incredible location, groomed landscaping the beautifully designed pool. But the views form the Varanda is truly the cherry on top overlooking Playa Grande and Tamarindo Beach is what sets this specific rental apart. The team at RPM (Lola & Kyle) alway do a great Job in making sure you feel comfortable and assist you with anything you need from start to finish. Although we had a small hiccup RPM came through and was genuine in their approach and would highly recommend Renting with them!
