INCROYABLE Il dispose de deux niveaux chacun avec ses propres trÚs grande terrasse. Les vues sur l'océan et coucher du soleil sont imbattables. Cette résidence dispose de 3 chambres, 3. 5

salles de bains, cuisine moderne entiÚrement équipée avec appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Les nombreuses caractéristiques de luxe sont à couper le souffle, y compris les plafonds voûtées en berceau, piliers personnalisés et de tuiles. Cette résidence est entiÚrement climatisé avec des ventilateurs de plafond. Ce condo est pour le locataire discrimination souhaitant tout le meilleur que le Costa Rica a à offrir. Les photos ne peuvent tout simplement pas faire justice et il est de loin, le meilleur emplacement dans la zone Langosta / Tamarindo.

Il dispose d'un mobilier de luxe haut de gamme d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Il ya un lit king, lit queen, deux lits jumeaux Il ya un connecteur de lits jumeaux pour convertir les lits jumeaux dans un lit king size. Les deux grandes terrasses sont bien meublées dans mobilier de jardin merveilleux. La chambre principale se trouve sur son propre niveau de bain complÚte avec une grande terrasse sur le toit couvert. Il y a Internet, cùble, 3 télévisions LCD à écran plat et 2 lecteurs de DVD. Ce condo pourra accueillir une grande famille ou 3 couples.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel sur exquise Langosta Beach dans la communautĂ© haut de gamme de Langosta un mile au sud de Tamarindo. Il est assez proche pour profiter de toutes les commoditĂ©s de Tamarindo mais assez loin pour profiter de la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© et la beautĂ© de Langosta Beach. Faire de cette vacances de vos rĂȘves. Pas de marche de la plage, vous ĂȘtes sur elle! Promenez-vous le long des plages de sable fin ou pratiquer le surf de classe mondiale et un magnifique estuaire de quelques centaines de mĂštres. Ou tout simplement vous dĂ©tendre dans la piscine de tour.

The condo had everything we needed for a great week in Tamarindo. We liked the quieter location away from the downtown area. It felt safe and was very clean. The beach right near the condo was fun for tide pooling with the kids and the pool was a convenient way to cool down in the afternoon! We had one issue with a toilet and Justin came quickly to fix it.

The hosts were very nice and communicative. The property was very easy to find and we felt very safe there. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and there was plenty of room for the six of us. There was a bathroom in every bedroom, which was very convenient including a half bath on the first floor. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean view. I highly recommend this condo for a place to stay, especially with a group of people.

Great condo! Was a little disappointed in the construction that was going on in the mornings....made it a little difficult for the kids to sleep in, but otherwise, no complaints. Would definitely recommend staying here. Location is great....just far enough from all the activity of Tamarindo, but close enough not to be inconvenient. Good communication from Syd throughout! Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great. Really nice layout for 4 adults. The wife and I really loved the penthouse and the penthouse views and the kids loved chilling on the patio and taking in the views. Surfing at Playa Langosta right out front . Pool. Slightly removed from Tamarindo beach . Willy, the property manager . Definitely recommend.

The owner and his property manager were super helpful and very accessible. They got us a ride back and forth to airport and helped reserve a golf cart. Condo was in a great location, quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown and amazing restaurants. Sunsets were amazing right from property and we spent hours in the pool. Condo was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Tide pools were really cool right on the beach in front of condo. Would love to go back for a friends trip or multiple families.

Terrific stay in Langosta/Tamarindo

Excellent place to enjoy Costa Rica. The listing was accurate as well as the pictures. We were traveling with my wife's sister and her husband and my wife's parents. Everyone said that this was the best condo they had ever stayed in. My wife and I have rented many VRBOs with other couples and I agree this is the best place we have ever stayed. The balcony was my favorite place for morning coffee and ending the day as well. The kitchen had everything we needed even though we ate out for most dinners. The pool was perfect and a great place to relax in the afternoon after excursions before dinner. The Langosta area is quieter than downtown Tamarindo and my wife and I enjoyed running in the neighborhood which is very quiet. We saw howler monkeys most days. I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed.

Great property and location

Pictures were very accurate for this well maintained property. Great location on a quiet street but with several restaurants within a couple blocks. Only 1 mile to the busy downtown. Willy, the concierge, was excellent, providing great excursion options and coordination. He also got us groceries ahead of our arrival. Only slight negative is the water directly in front of the property is rocky and not swimmable. Great beach a short walk to the left though. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Penthouse in Tamarindo

This property is on the top floor of a small secure condominium building, and sits right on the beach with incredible views of the beach and ocean from the 2 large decks and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The Penthouse is large and very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. The design and architecture of the Penthouse and the Condo building is stunning. The location is great, as you are within easy walking distance to Tamarindo Beach to the north and a smaller beach to the east, as well as many great restaurants and 2 different resorts. The local Manager/Concierge is fantastic and arranged wonderful tours for us. This is a 5 star property in a 5 star location. Loved our time at the Penthouse. The Harpers and Wardens STL.

Excellent beachfront Condo

Fantastic Condo and grounds with great views just as described in the listing. Was perfect for our family of 4; with teenage boys each having a room for themselves. Great location just outside of the busy town of Tamarindo but within walking distance and plenty of good local restaurants nearby within a couple minutes walk. Easy check in with condo being ready a couple hours ahead of time which was nice as we arrived late morning. Property managers Willy and Justin were great to work with as they organized airport transfers and were very responsive with any questions or help that was needed while there!

Second time staying here.

We stayed at Syd and Lynne’s condo in Langosta 13 years ago. We loved the unit, and the location, then, and felt the same way this time around. Willy, the property manager, was outstanding and a big help. We were there this time with our five and eight-year-old grandchildren, our daughter, and her husband. It was perfect for the kids who have now developed an immediate passion for Costa Rica.

Views are perfect from the condo. Great location, nice walk to the busy downtown area which was perfect for our family. Condo is nice size for everyone to have their own space. The TV didn’t work and when it did it was a pain to stream. We didn’t mind since it made us unplug, especially the kids. Would stay here again for the location and views.

Amazing beachfront condo and beautiful sunset views

Absolutely fantastic condo and property for a Tamarindo vacation. Willy, Justin and the property owner (Syd) are incredible - they communicated well, answered all questions, were responsive quickly throughout the trip, and gave great advice on local activities. Check-in was easy and Willy arranged for airport transportation and assisted with groceries, surf board rentals, beach towels, etc. The condo itself is beautiful - plenty of space for multiple adults, or in our case 2 adults and 3 teenagers, where everyone had their own space, bathroom/shower. Great location, easy to walk or use a golf cart to get into Tamarindo proper. We would absolutely stay there again!

Amazing Vacation

Our stay in Langosta was simply amazing! We are so grateful to Syd. Our family was initially staying at a different property. We had significant issues that made it unable for us to stay there and we began frantically looking for somewhere new to stay. We discovered this beautiful property with amazing views, and it was such a blessing. The owner went out of his way to get the property ready the same day for us, despite the fact that it was Easter Sunday. Once we arrived, we were immediately greeted with friendliness and kindness, and felt like we were in our home away from home. Willy also went out of his way to assist us in acquiring a golf cart for our stay. The property is beautiful! The location is perfect! You could not ask for more in a vacation property! If you have the opportunity, I would definitely stay here. Our family will definitely return the next time we vacation in Costa Rica. Thank you again so much Syd, David, Willy, and everyone who saved our vacation and made it one we will never forget.

A little slice of heaven

As a condo owner on the coast in the USA I understand what it takes to make everything come together for an enjoyable experience and I can say without a doubt that is exactly what we had with our stay. The condo was first class and the concierge (Willy) was fantastic. From the time we arrived in Costa Rica until we departed Willy took care of all of our needs and allowed us to simply enjoy our vacation without worrying about the logistics. Amazing stay

This condo in Playa Langosta was the perfect base for our time in Tamarindo. The condo was huge and had amazing views from every terrace. The beds were great, the kitchen was perfectly equipped and the beds were comfortable. The security was great for peace of mind and Justin was fantastic in greeting us and getting us settled. We had a 12 and 15 year old and it was great to have the space and that each bedroom had an ensuite. We will definitely return to this condo when we return to Tamarindo.

Slice Of Heaven

Amazing 2 week stay with our 3 young adult children! The condo is beautifully appointed, kitchen well stocked! Location is perfect, pool is very well maintained and the views ate spectacular! We will definitely be back.
