★Potential noise: Wild chickens inhabit Ybor, so the occasional rooster crow is possible. It's what makes the area unique! If you are very sensitive to noise / light sleeper, I suggest looking outside of this neighborhood.

A 10-minute ride on the trolley car line takes you to the Channelside and downtown, which is home to the Tampa Bay Times Forum, Aquarium, Convention Center and Straz Performing Arts Center. ★NO Trailers, 2 SUVs, and trucks allowed in our private / residential parking space.
★ No more then 4 people, excluding babies / young children
★ Unless approved prior to booking, NO check-in is allowed after 11PM

★Overall, HAVE FUN but please treat our condo the way you would your own home. We have put our hearts and souls into our little condo!!
