This house was exactly as pictured, though more impressive in person. All the spaces were well appointed with comfortable beds/couches, clean linens, and the space was overall quite clean. When I reached out about a bath tub that needed additional cleaning, and and an issue w the garbage disposal, I was offered to have someone come by to amend these items that same day if I wished. Communication was always clear, fast, and comprehensive. The Hot Tub was super cool, clean, HOT, and a wonderful way to relax after a long day. The entire outdoor space was beautifully appointed, spacious, and plenty of spaces to lounge and even host a little dinner barbecue. They even have an outdoor TV mounted on the wall. It's pretty dope! *you do hear the freeway traffic that's right behind the house, but that just makes it like having a white noise machine outside, it's not loud, just a steady thrum.

The house had everything we needed. Checking in and any support we needed was easy and quick. Location great with a great backyard. The house looks newly renovated and comfortable. The neighborhood hasn’t caught up to the up grades yet of the property.

Family Vacation

The property is very maintained and well kept. The house is cozy and the beds are very comfortable. There are alot of residental occupants not too many others on vacation. The only thing that was not a perk was the loudness of the freeway. The freeway is right behind the property. If you listen to a sound mechine or wear ear plugs to sleep its not as noticeable. However, this property is in a convenient location to the beach, restaurants, and the airport.

Short Stay

Overall, this property was average.Upon entrance, you are met with a musty "old" smell- but I assume this was normal as the home was much older.The navy couch is very worn with pilling and the yellow couch was broken on the back. The outdoor sectional is worn with sun exposure. The floors in the home were clear of small debris (dirt) but they were not mopped and it showed on the bottom of our feet as they were black at the end of each day. The toilet in the hall bathroom was very hard to flush- not sure if that is normal or not for the home but I did communicate this with the property manager.The house was very clean (with the exception of the floors) and it is evident a lot of time has gone into the renovations and the location was great (close to all amenities). The only downfall was the neighbourhood where this rental is located was rundown and this rental stood out among all the other houses in the area.The home was situated directly next to the highway, so a lot of traffic noise was heard in the evenings while relaxing on the deck- but it did not bother us at all.The host was very nice and prompt when responding to enquiries which made our stay hassle free!

This host should give a master class in short rental hosting! All the boxes were checked without being over done.Great work from Tampa space including a printer. The host was awesome recommending Armature Works that we were able to walk to and was extremely helpful throughout our stay!

Easter family weekend

Our daughter is at USF so we went to Tampa to visit her with our older son. The house and patio were amazing and the perfect spot to spend quality time as a family. The hot tub was great and actually gets hot! The backyard is actually even better in real life. The location is great; very central to everything downtown and not far from Temple Terrace.The communication with the property manager was above and beyond.

Good place, great value

Overall, we had a good stay here. The location is great. We explored all over Tampa/St Pete Beach and found it easy to get back to. There’s plenty nearby too if you’re not venturing out. It is right next to the interstate, but we honestly could not hear the highway when we were inside. It was a little loud in the backyard though. Some of the rugs could use a deep clean, but it was otherwise spotless. Would stay here again.

Excellent Stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Casa noho in Tampa! The property is extremely clean and exactly as listed with every detail thought of for your stay. Beautiful property. Vacation Alchemy was so professional and communicated everything clearly and promptly. Location is central with a 5-10 min drive to everything. Would stay again. The only tip would be to add more umbrellas for shade in the back yard. Thanks Vacation Alchemy pro promptly.

Well kept, enjoyed the back patio amenities, my dog was able to come with me a plus! Great location to Amalie Arena, restaurants, grocery shopping and easy access to expressways to get around the Tampa St Pete area!

Stay near Hyde Park

Properly was very clean and decorated cute with an easy check-in process. Location was great for my husband who traveled to Ybor City for work and was good spot to find nearby restaurants within short drive from the house. It is right by the interstate so could not give 5 stars for location - it is super noisy, but we did know the location when we booked. We walked the neighborhood each day with our dogs and felt safe.

Good but not great

Overall the property is nice. The owners have definitely put some work into the inside and outside of the property. The property was clean and comfortable. There are tv's in every bedroom and the living area. The bed was comfortable. It is definitely the nicest looking home on the street. We were disappointed with the amount of noise from cars driving down I275 due to the proximity of the home to the Interstate. Louder than we expected and even our guest made a comment about it. The hot tub was also dirty. We rented the home because of the hot tub and were disappointed we couldn't use it. We were told it gets cleaned weekly so not sure why it was dirty. Maybe the cover needs to be replaced or something. Overall it's a nice property. Clean and comfortable. We were just disappointed with the interstate noise and the condition of the hot tub. Which might have been a "one off' thing because other reviewers didn't mention anything about a dirty hot tub.

Just as Expected

It is easy to give this rental 5 stars. It is exactly as described by owner and the many positive/negative reviews. If you read description and reviews you will find it to be exactly what you expected and wanted. Management is quick to return text questions but not necessarily to follow through. Not so important things such as 3 face cloths for 4 people and no check out instruction book were solved immediately by text. Our major concern was the hot tub that apparently had been serviced the day we arrived. Temperature was perfect; however, skin became irritated and one bathing suit completely bleached out after first half hour of use. Management said it would checked, but to our knowledge never did. We did not feel comfortable using it for the rest of our stay. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this rental for all the many positives.

Beautiful place!

This place was such a wonderful oasis to relax during a wedding weekend between the festivities. From the little things you might not think to bring to the visible house number when you return for the evening, the house was very clean and homey. A huge thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Very Responsive. Comfy beds.

This place is decently appointed. We grilled with a nice grill set. We enjoyed the mattresses and fluffy pillows. The excellent back yard living area was difficult to enjoy for the traffic noise but had everything you could want. There were some maintenance issues that needed attention. The hosts were responsive and communicated well, very professional and respectful of our privacy. If you love scented trash bags and air freshener plug ins, this is the place for you. If you are sensitive to these fragrances, know before you go. There are not spices or coffee filters so plan accordingly when doing your grocery run.

Convention Trip

Came for a convention with 3 friends. Was close enough to the convention center and close enough to downtown and easy to park. Also perfect to get back to the airport. Enjoyed the home and the stay!

Tampa weekend getaway!

This house provided a very nice and clean place to stay for us and our friends. We spent 3 nights here. It's very close to everything you need, airport, Raymond James stadium, restaurants, downtown and so on.

Girl’s Weekend

My mother and sister-in-laws and I stayed here while in town for a girl’s weekend/family baby shower. We had a great time hanging out in the backyard and using the hot tub! Location was great in the sense that it was an easy drive out to Armature Works and Hyde Park, but I would recommend driving/ubering rather than attempting to walk. Owners were super responsive and helpful, they even helped return a bathing suit we accidentally left! Thank you again for a great stay!
