I never received check-in information and had to reach out before my 6 am flight day of check-in. It would have been extremely helpful to have been told about the Latch App and to download it the day before travel. The kitchen was dirty when I arrived, and the sight of a bag of garbage outside the door didn't make a great first impression. The silverware is carelessly thrown into the back of a drawer. There are no dish towels, just one wine glass, and no recycling or conditioner for washing hair. The space feels half done, with no art on the walls or furniture in the rooms, except for a bed and side tables.
