The place itself was nice, clean, and comfortable-looking. From the listing we did not understand that it was 2 units. It also said "plenty of parking on the street plus driveway for 1 additional car." The morning of our arrival the host texted that the parking was reserved for the A unit. There is a sign directly in front of the house that says "5 MINUTE PARKING CITY CODE 15-43". So we parked down the street. We were afraid that later that would be full too, so we set out on foot. There were several pushy beggars who approached us. We were uncomfortable, and decided not to stay. I let the host know that we checked out 3 hours after we checked in. (Checked in 3:30pm, checked out 6:30pm.) We didn't ask for a refund - we just ate the whole price of the 2 night stay.
If you're ubering it, or don't mind ignoring the city parking sign (the host says it's fine to park there), then you should be okay staying here. It was pretty near Raymond James Stadium.
