Amazing location

This was a great experience for South Tampa. Great location. The property was near all the great spots. The house was excellent and clean. The property manager was great at communicating and flawless across the board. I highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Thanksgiving with Family

Our stay was during Thanksgiving week. The house worked perfectly for us. The house was large enough to given everyone some private space, with nice common areas to enjoy time together. We especially enjoyed the large table in the dining area which was great for meals and playing games.

Great Easter Weekend Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. We stayed as a family of 7, ages 20 - 85 and had a great time and plenty of room. Excellent access to Bayshore for sunrise walking as well as good access to Tampa and the surrounding area. Neighborhood is quiet and walking access to several restaurants. Everything was very clean with all amenities thought of. For example, the outdoor grill was pristine and the owners thought to have a spare tank available (which we needed). Great stay, we will be back!

Perfect location for events around entertainment district.

Rehearsal dinner at Jackson’s Bistro and wedding at The Edition were easy to get to, just a short drive down beautiful Bayshore, well under 10 minutes. The home was beautiful and provided plenty of space for the eight adults staying over a long weekend. Front porch nice for morning coffee and it’s only a 5 minute walk to Bayshore for walks along the bay. Back yard with pool and hot tub (but not heated) and a fireplace was comfortable and private, though we did not get to use the back yard much due to wedding activities in the evenings.

Exactly what we needed

Me and my friends were down there for the World Flag Tournaments. We were gone for most of our stay but it was nice to come back to a relaxing place to recover and relax. The extra touches made it even better would definitely come back again

This house was perfect for our short stay, house had every amenity needed for us! Close enough to walk to restaurants, a short ride to Hyde park with an even better selection of restaurants and shopping. Beds were very comfortable. Christy is very responsive and accommodating! Thank you!

Very Nice, Affordable House in Tampa for a Large Family

Christy has a beautiful, and clean house that has everything you could need if coming with a large group. Although the house is not huge, it does have 5 bedrooms, so it can sleep a lot of people comfortably. And the beds are very comfortable. Although only 3 bathrooms, they are newly renovated with luxurious amenities. The pool is nice, medium size, with a table and chairs so it's a great place to spend time with the kids. The location is solid, although nothing is close walking distance. You'll definitely want a car, but that's no problem because their driveway fits 2 cars, plus you can park on the street. Christy was very helpful, nice and responsive which I really appreciated. One piece of caution though: the security deposit is VERY HIGH - $5K (and we only stayed 3 nights). I think this is way too high for the property itself and the nightly rate. Plus, Vrbo charges your credit card for this well before you check in, and you don't get it back until basically 3 weeks after checkout. So depending on your credit card's billing cycle, this may be actually taken out of your bank account before it's refunded to you. I can see this causing cash flow problems for some.

Weekend trip to Tampa

Large extended family visiting our kid going to UT for long weekend. Beautiful home that was tastefully decorated. We’ve stayed in plenty of other VRBO Homes and this location had lot of little extra amenities. Could not find anything negative to share. Communication with Christy was quick and thorough. Thanks for sharing your Home with us and we will be booking this home in the future!

Home was very clean and cool very nice neighborhood close to airport and local drive to everything even the bay and 25 mins from Busch Gardens. Pool was comfortably sized to hold 5 adults or more. Beds soft. Would def book again!

The house was better than expected. A perfect location to do all the things in Tampa. The house was very clean, they had everything you needed for a great vacation. I felt like we were walking into a cute Bed and Breakfast. Communiation with the host was great. I will definitely be back.
