The Embassy Suites Downtown Tampa is a very convenient place to stay when visiting the convention center. Nice folks at the desk and check in was fairly quick. My room could have used a bit of work in that the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall as were the hand soap and body lotion dispensers.

We had a great stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown Tampa. The location is extremely convenient—less than a 5-minute walk to the Benchmark Convention Center. We went to the Stevie Nicks concert and were so glad we chose this hotel. After a late, rainy night, being able to walk just a few steps and unwind was perfect. We didn’t make it to breakfast since we had to travel back home early and breakfast starts a bit later on weekdays, but it was great to have a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby so I could grab a cappuccino before hitting the road. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was very friendly, and the valet parking team was polite and provided fast service. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this, probably our best vacation we’ve taken but unfortunately the staff missed a lot of things. When checking in they gave us the wrong room twice, while dinning in the restaurant we were ignored multiple times on different occasions when it wasn’t busy. House keeping never came but once out of the 4 nights, this was after we told them about it multiple times, they did give us new towels and helped with trash but when housekeeping came, they only made the bed. Overall, this place was amazing if you overlook that and we will be back! The stadium was not even a 5 minute walk and all the restaurants and shopping was so close by.
