Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The property manager is rude. We paid and he claimed we did not. So after 10 hours of driving including 2 cars 7 people and 1 dog, we found the proper is being rented by another family. Upon talking to them, we found out that they rented the place back in August, and we paid in December. The property was double booked
