Location great to airport. Beds were comfy. Garbage in corner of room. Pool was clean. Front desk sold me a rock hard bagel for my child then refused to refund it and told me to microwave it. It was ok but won't return due to lack of customer service on bagel.

Awesome hotel

Awesome room! Graat selection of snacks for ourchase in the lobby. Cute lobby bar and separate restaurant. Mark the bartender was friendly and accommodating, but can't mix a drink worth a darn. Stick to beer or wine.

Very Bad Customer Service

The front desk desk never answered their phone for me to ask for the shuttle to pick me up so I had to pay for an Uber. The front desk staff was not friendly and not helpful. What I had at the restaurant was not good at all. There was supposed to be a shuttle but it was full when it arrived and we were told one was on the way so we waited but one never stopped even though 4 drove past. There were at least 8 people waiting on the shuttle and every one of them had to pay for an Uber because the shuttle never came and we all needed to get to the airport which turned out to be extremely crowded that day.

Room great, airport shuttle late….

Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed close to the airport to catch an early flight. The airport shuttle was scheduled to run on the half hour. We went to the lobby at 5:25 am for 5:30 am shuttle, at 5:40 am still no shuttle, front desk person said very unconvincingly one was in the way. We called at Uber. Our Uber was there at 5:45 am, others may still be waiting for the hotel shuttle?

We enjoyed staying there. We had an issue with the safe where they had to come back twice to get it to work. Also, the AC made a noise. They came to fix it but it didn't work. It was a nice property.
