We stayed here one night to go to a concert at the amphitheater… The hotel is gorgeous and everyone is super friendly from the bartenders to the valet and the check-in ladies… It was great… The only problem is I didn't get to stay here long enough next time I come back to Ybor city I will definitely check in here

Honestly. The only problem I had with the hotel was that I asked for my room to be cleaned daily and it wasn’t. I had to use my towels to dry the floors dues to dampness and it was a mildew smell from the towels. And my sheets felt damp.

The hotel was beautiful and room was nice and clean. But we paid for a balcony room and we were given a garden view and the hotel did to change our room rate. They just offered a credit to use the onsite services which we had no intention to use as we already had dinner plans and we were there for one night.

The hotel was great, staff was friendly would definitely stay there again if I found myself in Tampa for some reason, but Tampa is overpriced and mediocre. Which is unfortunate. All of our interactions with people were great, but the taste of food and drinks was subpar almost everywhere we went. We would have had a much better time if we’d just stayed and eaten at the hotel the entire weekend.
