The room has a heavy mildew smell and you could see water stains in the ceiling. The breakfast items were too slowly replenished with no urgency. The food itself was fine but needs more attention to keeping it full for your guests. The bed was also horrible! I am not that picky with beds but it killed my back. Heavy pot smoking around the rooms as well. The staff was actually wonderful.

Fast check in, clean comfy room, good location. The beds we a little harder than we liked but still good. The only suggestion is to have breakfast till 9:30 am instead of 9. Enjoyed our stay & would return

It was very clean, beds were comfy. The only thing that could have been better was that the curtains didn’t keep out the lights from the very well lit parking lot, lol … but it was super convenient to the port for our cruise and the staff was great!

I expected a 3 star hotel, but that’s not what this is. The hallway smelled like pee and the smell came into our room every time the AC turned on. I asked for a new room and was told they would clean the hallway. Of course, urine smell doesn’t just go away so needless to say our smelled like pee and potpourri. Won’t stay here again. Don’t get fooled like I did.
