Kudos to Tiny House in Tampa for maintaining such a spotless environment! The responsiveness of the owner truly enhances the experience, making guests feel valued and cared for. Additionally, the serenity of the neighborhood adds a wonderful touch, providing a peaceful retreat. Keep up the fantastic work!
This rental was exactly as pitched. I've no complaints, as everything basic you can think of was provided for. I slept great and felt perfectly at home. If I ever visit on my own again, I'll most definitely choose this place again!
It is exactly what the pictures show. Itâs a shed converted into a hotel room. It was clean, secure, and suitable for a single traveler. The bed was smaller but I managed to fit on it. Iâm 6â2â and 250lbs. The A/C was small but it worked very well. The property is surrounded by a locking fence/gate. The room has a deadbolt that can only be locked from the inside. The property is really pretty. Itâs walking distance from a few craft breweries, food trucks, and coffee shops. I would stay here again if the need arose.
This was a nice place that was exactly what I needed it for during a conference in town. Easy to check in and easy to get to where I needed to go, small and cozy little area. Would definitely stay again when the time comes
Small just like they stated. Iâm sensitive to smells and there was a small unpleasant odor so I burnt a coconut candle part of the time. There was a sign about old pipes and not to flush anything but toilet tissue.
Great location, easy to downtown, beautiful paintings on buildings.
Need to get rid of slippery rug - an accident waiting to happen.
I had a great stay sorry I had to leave early but had a emergency back home.
The property was very clean and has everything you could need! One drawback is the bed is in a 6' frame, I'm 5'9 and sometimes my toes would hit the bottom. The little house is blocks away from a coffee shop, two microbrewerys, a creamery and lots of little shops! It was perfect!
The place is super cute! It was very convenient. I could walk to almost anything I could need! However, with that convenience comes traffic noises and there was a lot of traffic! But the bed was comfortable, the shower was full size and the location was perfect.
The Tiny House was just right for me, a solo traveler. Everything had a place and seemed convenient. The fridge was useful. The bed was great. It folded up to reveal a handy table. The shower was actually larger than I expected it to be. The coded locks on the gate and door made check-in quick and easy. The place was clean and neat. I plan to return!
was fine for me. i did have to thaw the freezer completely out because it was a giant block of ice so the fridge part couldnât even keep my items cold. i stayed for almost a month until my aunt passed and i had to leave. i had a long stay and the space didnât bother me one bit. but it is small. itâs a room and a bathroom size wise. i did wish it had an actual toaster too because that toaster oven is HUGE compared to the place. does not even fit on counters
I loved this rental, it was everything I imagined. It was clean and it had everything I needed. I did not cook here but could have with the hot plate and microwave. The price was amazing. There is plenty of parking. There are more than just this unit. This unit is closest to the road, so if you don't like road noise, then rent a unit further back. The whole complex is the Inns at Seminole Heights. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but buyer beware.
