The BAD:Communication. YIKES. I booked in February. I messaged them three times, then contacted VRBO for support as our check in was in two days and I still had gotten no communication from the hosts. They finally messaged me. Communication is SO important for things like vacation rentals, and they just don't seem to prioritize it. I waited for a whole month before contacting support to call them. Cleanliness: We found the property to be lacking in this area. The corners have piled up dirt and dust. There was food on some of the dishes in the cupboards. A crockpot in the pantry was dirty and covered in bugs. In the master, I saw paper under an end table, so I pulled it. It pulled out a used flosser, a pile of dirt and hair, trash, and a receipt from JUNE 2024. It's March 2025. That's disgusting. I also found food wrappers in the couch cushions. POOL/SPA HEATDon't pay for it. They turn it on and off. I paid and it was cold when we got there. You have to ask every time you want the spa on. Then tell them when to turn it off. The pool they will not leave warm the entire time, even though you pay for it. I paid 195 for three days. The pool was warm maybe 12 hours. I asked for them to turn the spa on and expressed my concerns with all of this, and they read my text, ignored me, then turned it on while we were working to check out, I assume to be petty. Unprofessional. It's a nice house and neighborhood, but I wouldn't recommend.
