Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The dock located on the property is strictly off-limits for guest use. Accessing the dock is prohibited for safety and liability reasons.
There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway. Please do NOT park in the street.
The Neighborhood:
The Palm River-Clair Mel area of East Tampa. Designed for comfort and style, our property offers everything you need for a fantastic stay. We're just a short drive to Downtown Tampa (approx. 11 min) and all of Tampa's top attractions, dining, and shopping. You'll have easy access to major highways.
Getting Around:
You'll find easy access to major roadways (like I-75 and the Selmon Expressway, which will be important for getting to downtown or the airport). Expect to find a good selection of local businesses, including: Grocery Stores, restaurants, parks and recreation, shopping. The best way to get around is driving.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
