The carpet in my room had a very bad smell. Everything else was good. I didnt have breakfast so i cant rate it.

While this was not a terrible experience, it did fall short of Marriott standards. The staff was extremely professional as always. The fee complaints I had : no free WiFi . While we weren’t in the hotel during the days , it would have been nice for the kids to be able to wind down on tablets at night . No hot water—- very Luke warm . Might have been the fact we had 4 people ( 2 kids) showering in rotation at a time , the last showers barely had any hot water. No free parking — I had to pay for parking both nights even though I was a guest ????? This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I didn’t remember these issues in the past . Again, not a terrible experience but fell short of my expectations for the reasons above .

Staff was great and super helpful and parking was very easy on property but the property itself is older. The rooms are also run down, and you can hear everything through the walls. But it was priced very reasonably so now I know why.

The transportation staff were amazing! Wonderful folks and were concerned when I was sitting in the lobby by myself. The front staff was kind and answered all my question. Would stay again especially if I’m going to another concert at the stadium.
