Our first issues started with the door code. We left and came back at night and the code no longer worked. We had to call several times and finally got a working code after almost 40 minutes. The furniture in the property is poor quality. From the chairs, to the beds, and even a completely broken sofa in the master bedroom. The listing says availability for up to 15 people, however I don't know where they would sleep or how they would towel off as there were not enough towels for everyone. We ordered food in one night and there were not enough plates and cups for everyone to use. The kitchen had very few instruments and the pots and pans were rather scratched and disgusting. Basic things like hand towels and pot holders were not available. The outside space was nice, except you could not sit out there very long as it appeared the trash not been taken out in several weeks. When we arrived there were three trash cans all full of garbage and it reeked. The bathroom in the master has a window and it's covered by conventional blinds. It won't be long before there is mold everywhere in the blinds and in the walls as the tub has cracks in all the caulk around the tub. The laundry machine is one of the small dual units. We were able to wash clothes without issue, but we found out the dryer would pop open on its own during a regular cycle.The internet/tv use was terrible. It's on a hotel wifi system and you need to log back in every hour to continue use.
