On the rocks : Building: filthy. Mold smell throughout. Rude, inconsiderate guests. Smoking cigars in closed hallways, loud, felt unsafe. Loud outdoor music. Would not bring children. Project / Inner city feel with noise and general disregard for anyone else's peace. Room: food found on floor of deck when we arrived. Mold smell throughout. Killed mood after walking through a building that is overcharging whatever they are charging. Floor felt uneven like building had storm damage and this is the aftermath.Update your photos so people see current views, hallways with trash, and closed condos with windows facing the hallway so you can see multiple renovations or abandoned things in multiple units.

The view was excellent. Kitchen was good and room was clean. Did not use the pool. The only problem was the toilet was leaking and never got repaired while we were there. Also, a cockroach cme running across the floor in the living room.The location of the suite from the elevator is not convenient for an 80 year old guest.

Terrible stay. Had to cut short.

We left early due to the inconsiderate people yelling and banging on doors at 2:30 AM. This went on until 4:00 AM. I asked if they would stop, but they were confrontational, and I was concerned the situation would escalate into violence since they appeared to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. We packed up and left at 4:30 AM. Our stay was completely ruined. A refund for the two nights we did not use your unit would be appreciated.

Such peaceful views

Sitting on the balcony we saw dolphins fishing! The pool was the perfect temperature. Stress just fell away. We loved the simple kitchen and decor. Tub needed attention.

Would stay here again

I would come back and recommend it to others. It was clean, check-in was easy, when we were here it was pretty quiet, and the view was great. It got 4 stars because it was a little dated and communication was a mixed bag. It was either sparse on things I need info on or way more than I needed on things that had already been communicated. Also - be aware that there is not a lot going on in this area. There are a handful of restaurants but you will have to drive for most restaurants, grocery, gas, etc.

All was wonderful! We had been advised ahead of arrival what to expect since they were still recouping from storms Helene & Milton. However, all was very clean, property as well kept as could be expected. We were on 4th floor, long walk to room from Only elevator that was working. Started using stairs and all was fine! Will revisit when in TPA again! Better choice than a hotel! Management company PMI South Tampa was WONDERFUL! .

Fun Getaway

My husband and I with another adult couple enjoyed a birthday getaway here! Location was great in between our focus of Cigar City in Ybor and the coast for a beach day or 2. We did not rent a vehicle, so incurred the cost of Ubers as not a lot was within walking distance, but we understood that. We hung by pool a couple days and very much enjoyed the food and drinks from the pool side restaurant and bar! Definitely would recommend and visit again! Thank you!!

We had a great stay. We needed to extend our stay and I was able to reach the management and they took care of it right away. It was a beautiful view from the balcony and the pool atmosphere was great.

Overlooking rocky ocean shore

It was absolutely beautiful.. if you don't mind not having beach access.. beautiful view, tiki sandy area with firepit, pool and bar with food... nice and clean, actual bedroom tiny with no view, but we didn't mind.. would stay again for during week work getaway!

Great property and good communications

Great experience. Property was clean and a fun stay. The previous comments about a slight moldy smell are accurate though not from the AC. Maybe due to a prior roof leak? Left the door open for a while and that solved it for the short stay. Great communication and love the property.

Booking was a disaster thru VRBO - their site was not working properly. The property itself was nice. The view, and pool were excellent and we love the tiki bar and grill. The unit was dated as well as the basic were not supplied(extra kitchen towels. garbage bags and coffee pot was to small). Unit was clean and location was great.

Great views. We found everything what was needed in this apartment for our 3 nights stay. We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4

The stay was great. The place was clean but we only got 2 washcloths for 4 people. Plus never got to enjoy the pool because it was overcrowded all the time. Beautiful view of the bay while sitting out in the balcony.

Great view of the water

Property was exactly as described and was perfect for us to unwind and relax after our cruise to Mexico. The view from the balcony was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there and watching the ducks and other birds. We hope to visit again in 2024 :)
