I was really impressed with the value for money here. My deluxe room in the “3rd phase” tower was very nice and modern, with wood/laminate floor and finishes that didn’t have any mustiness. My every other day room cleaning was great. The bed was comfy, the staff courteous. It may not have all the glam of some of the newer resorts but it was quite nice. I will say there were a small amount of tiny microscopic ants sometimes around the desk, but I think that is a Guam thing, and nowhere else in the room. Make sure not to eat in the room, or if I did I would store the wrappers in the fridge until room cleaning day to avoid anything that attracted ants. I would stay here again for sure. Super courtious staff, recently renovated and nicely appointed.

We checked in late, a quick stay overnight for early flight the next day. Room was in best condition, clean and spacious. Beds were surprisingly comfortable with fresh, clean linens. Definitely will stay here again when in Guam.

The room had hair everywhere and even after having room service come through, there was still hair throughout the bathroom. You could also hear every pipe or bed shift from the rooms above and next to you. Experienced a power outage twice but the generators kicked in quickly. The water pressure was weird afterwards, however.
