The toilet bowl in our room was clogged. No hot water for the bathtub just the shower. I rated 2 coz the staff are all nice and accommodating.

The accommodation and staff was great, room was very clean. My only issue was when taking a shower, water goes through the door to the bathroom area instead of being contained within the shower area, other than that we had a very pleasant stay.
