Lies about reimbursement, nonexisting pools and construction noise

The appartment in itself was great, but there was no functioning WIFI the first week, there was no pool as indicated (thats one of the reason I booked), and in the entire second week, there war construction-noise in the neighbor appt from 10:00 to about 17:00. The Landlord said he would reimburse me if I left, but this was a lie. I left and so did 19 days of advanced payment. Fewo was absolute incapable to help, because they said they need proof of the things that happened. I have everything on voicemail - the landlords lies and the noise. It didn't cout for Fewo, they needed photos. How the hell should you take photos of a nonexisting pool, a non funcrtioning WLAN and construction noise in the neighborhood apt. Its an absolute fraud, so I am stuck with almost 2000 € the whole disaster cost me.
