From the time at check in, we had awful experience. We arrived at 6 PM and check in starts at 4 PM. At check in, we were told that we will receive a text for the next available room while the family behind us at check in room was ready. They pick and choose who’sroom is ready at check-in. Some people were told their room was ready others had to wait. All restaurants and bars were closed at 10 PM but the waterpark closes at 9pm. Everything was closed so if you’re hungry or thirsty, too bad, you would have to leave the resort to get dinner. Our room had flies and bugs in the bathroom. all overall awful experience we would never visit there again.
