Archi is a responsive host and the location is great near the Camelback resort area, but the unit is original and well past it's prime. It's due for a renovation and Archi was planning one this fall. You can see several other units listed in this complex have undergone significant renovations. It also has no AC and portable units are needed in the summer that had trouble keeping up. The full bath in the loft bedroom had a lot of mildew on the ceiling from from the humidity build-up. The furnishings are plain and spartan - kitchen is stocked OK with what you'll need, but there are 6 bath towels provided and nothing else beyond that. Place would be OK for a bunch of guys that are not too picky who want to just have a place to crash for skiing.
House is spacious and comfy. Minutes to Water Park and Shopping Center. Archi was very responsive, a nice host. Had a great stay...would definitely return.
