Hidden paradise. We will definitely be back. My 3-yr old loves the pool. The place is clean. We love the warm temperature of the water, it calms the body. I just wish they offer other mode of payment aside from Cash and Netflix on TV. Friendly staff.

I donât like the room, it looks old, the bathroom has some kind of old walls and not clean no toilet paper. I asked for the toilet paper they said they ran out.
This place is a well kept secret. And Iâm torn between letting everybody know about it or keeping it to myself. Lol! But the swimming pools were nice, staff is friendly and I love this place. If I ever come back to Cavite again Iâm staying here. Again
The front desk people need retraining. A little consideration given to guests will give your business better reviews.
I asked for a late check out at 1pm but was declined. We could see that there were no other people checking in for the last 4 days we were there and most rooms were empty except for the two rooms we occupied. The girl on duty February 8 2023 told me that they have back to back reservations. Whaaat?? We were the only guests there. She said the rooms we were occupying were the specific rooms the next guests requested. Whaaaat?? Out of the so many empty rooms in the resort rooms 306 and 307 were specifically requested by the next guests??
Poor excuse. I'm not that stupid ma'am.
We were there for four nights. The rates are not that cheap, you know for an under maintained room costing Php4900 a night. The toilet seats, toilet door jambs are needing of repairs. The toilet lights blink when you turn on the hot shower and the hot water on the sink.
The only good review I can give is to the service people who are very helpful and courteous specially those in the restaurant.
We were overcharged but we didn't have much choice in Naic, Cavite. We were there to arrange for a relative's burial.We were willing to pay but didn't expect to be treated with lack of consideration.
The swimming pools, were fantastic, i loved the way they were designed, Over-all it's beautiful hotel to stay ,staff members are very friendly,courteous and professional
No wifi connection, every little request was denied without having to pay extra. Requested for 2 beds, was charged over 1000 extra per head per night. Ad w hotels.com stated free complimentary breakfast was charged extra. Everything was cash only, I found very inconvenient. Last night before check out I asked the front desk if we were all set and owed zero bal said all set. Next morning upon check out when all was chaotic trying to make it to airport, was asked to pay over 3500 for room upgrade for asking for our room to have 2 twin beds. Should be part of general accommodation not extra. Restaurant was good food, again breakfast was extra not as advertised in hotels.com.
Had guests to swim, was charged additional per person to swim at 250 pp plus required a cabana for 600 extra per family of 4. Super excessisive with extra charges, and did business transactions with CASH only, no Cards accepted which I found very inconvenient and somewhat shady.
The staff was undertrained(front desk) and the amenities advertised were nonexistent (except for the pools. It took 1-1/2 hours to get meal that I ordered. And then all of it wasnât there. Later in the week I ordered a sprite, but was told that there were no drinks nor ice on the property. I had to ask for my room to be checked every day and once came back to the door open(fortunately nothing was missing) and once the staff left their supplies and master keys in the room. Wonât be returning!!
It could be better. The staff needs training to deal with guest. I wouldnât recommend the food either. But if you prefer peace and quiet and to have a good sleep, that is the place.
They couldnât find my booking that I booked it to you, you didnât pass it on or they are just lazy to look for it. Their staff needs training, canât pay card only cash, even small business in Naic accept cards, why they donât while they are a big business. So many vacant rooms and booked someone next to our room which is not sound proof that you hear everything. One breakfast served after one hour and 20 minutes. They served food dry, salad no dressing, rice no gravy or sauce or dip for fried fish, even calamansi and soy sauce will do. It is in the middle of nowhere and they donât have a service car, no wonder very people stayed there. Not good value for money. I stayed there twice and not staying there again.
If your looking for the restaurant it's only open for breakfast and that was pretty good but for lunch and dinner its closed for the next two years and there is not much in the area for food so if you go bring your food
Pools are fun
2nd time staying here. We were a group of 25 with 8 rooms. Service was good and we had clean rooms except there were ants on our bed and on the vanity area. Pools need to be cleaned and maintained. They also closed the restaurant area and convenient store so we ended up buying fast food outside for lunch and dinner which is a big hassle especially if you are ordering for 25 people. There is also a strong foul smell everywhere in the resort, I think itâs from the vacant farm lot around the area.
