The Space:
This fifth-floor stunner is located in one of the best luxury buildings in Mount Maunganui. Featuring a layout set to capture expansive views from all the rooms you won’t want to leave.

The apartment features two double bedrooms. One with a king bed and one that can be a king or two singles. The linens are fresh and the towels fluffy. The master has an en-suite and TV. The second bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. Both bathrooms have luxurious underfloor heating.

The kitchen is gorgeous with everything you need to prepare meals if staying in. The balcony has a Weber BBQ and dining table.

The living room has large sofa, dining table and is complete with smart TV.

You’ll have two secure car parks at your disposal during your stay.

On the third floor is the outdoor heated pool is perfect for doing laps. Or enjoy a soak in the 38 degree hot pool. The main pool is unheated in July & August. The Spa pool is heated all year round.

The private gym and beach access is at ground level. From here you can stroll around or up Mauao and enjoy a coffee at the many popular cafe's. A handy dairy is just across the street.

Marvellous Mount Maunganui

A favourite amongst travellers young and old……..a brilliant base for everyone with so much to do and so much to explore….. you’ll be left with wanting more.

Located in the fabulous Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui is famous for its endless white sand beach, year-round surf, Pilot Bay Harbour and beautiful Mauao.

At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Everyone has the option of taking a leisurely stroll around the flat base. The more adventurous will have fun reaching the top and be rewarded with the spectacular 360-degree views.

Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables…….Pick up a treat or souvenir from one of the locally owned boutiques, enjoy an ice cream or coffee, browse one of the weekly markets or soak yourself in one of the salt water hot pools or treat yourself to a papering session at one of the spas.

Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Picnic on the grassy shore & watch the fishermen launch their boats and cargo ships come and go.

Head to main beach where new surfers can grab a lesson and watch the more experienced catch a wave or two. If the wind is up the kite surfers will be out in force. Or just chill and enjoy a refreshing swim.

Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses…..Summer or Winter there’s no excuse not to get the clubs out.

For groceries you’ll find an accessible New World at Central Parade along with cafe's, bike shops and a slick city eatery.

10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded Bay Fair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema. Bay Wave offers a fun day indoors in the largest pool in the Bay. Complete with wave machine, kiddies play pools and giant slide.

Getting Around:
Walking from the apartment to the local diary, cafe's and downtown Mount is easy.

The bus route is across the street will take you to Bayfair and Tauranga CBD

Interaction with Guests:
Guests can pick up a key from our home office lockbox within 10 minutes from the property. This means you can self-check in when you are ready without any hassle. Guests will be sent their check in instructions two days before arrival. The off site manager will be available, should you need anything during your stay.
