The staff at this hotel are exceptionally helpful and professional. My first stay was in Tbilisi, and I encountered an issue with the cab driver who brought me from the airport. This hotel superseded my expectations. Great customer service, everyone was attentive, kind and so helpful, from the housekeeping staff to the reception.
