The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was well organized. One suggestion would be to offer a non-pork option with the eggs and add another toaster, as the line was quite long. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The hotel is clean, breakfast have a variety of options, the studio suite was appropriate for our family stay and needs. We love its location, very near the bus stop for our NYC trip! Also, the swim pool and the gym was a hit! The staff were very courteous and accommodating!

The room itself was nice and clean, and overall it looked well maintained. However, we had a few issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The heater in our room didn’t work, so the room was pretty cold. On top of that, the vent was blowing air directly toward the bed, which made it hard to sleep or relax because the air was constantly blowing into our faces and eyes. We also didn’t have a charging block, and unfortunately none of the USB charging ports in the room were working.

They advertise a heated pool to enjoy. The one staff member told me they do not heat the pool. Other worker said it is supposed to be 80 degrees. Well it wasn’t. Very deceptive because it’s advertised on their site that they have a heated pool

Our room was clean, comfortable and the beds slept good. The staff was very courteous. Self parking limited if I had any negative feedback, however parking was nearby, but was not sure if it was okay to park there.

Do yourself a favor and DON’T BOOK. Myself and 2 other people at checkin were told they were overbooked. Even THOUGH my room was paid in full a month ago. We had to move to a new hotel after driving over 4 hrs with 3 young children The staff actually said that they overbook “assuming some people will cancel”. Will NEVER do business here again
