I had two rooms reserved. Unfortunately, one room had not been cleaned when we arrived. I spoke to the front desk and they moved us to another room. They moved us back to the original room after cleaning the room the following day. Outside of this issue we had a good stay. Quite location close to NYC. They have a good breakfast spread and parking availability included. I would stay here again and recommend it.

The staff from front to back was absolutely above and beyond. The only weird thing was that our bed had a dip in it ... and was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. It was also weird that there were no sheets on the pullout couch (or in the room for the pullout couch) and then when maid service did our room, they did it up with the same top sheet we had used from the main king bed. Was quite odd. Otherwise, breakfast service was great. Pool is smallllll. But the lobby and outdoor areas are accessible and easy to make use of. Gym also looked nice.
