Villa Costa Golf, Semi-detached villa in a very quiet residential area for those who want a relaxing family vacation. The villa is next to the golf course, from the upper terrace you can see hole # 8.

Starting from the beautiful and bright corridor is the living room with air conditioning unit, corner sofa, dining table, flat screen television, satellite television (English and German channels), Smart TV and Movistar television platform, with windows facing the pool area.



On the same level is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker. There is also a table and chairs in the kitchen and a center island that provides ample workspace.



Across the hall you will find 3 bedrooms, a super king with a large walk-in closet, a bedroom with two single beds, and a single bedroom with a bed.



A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor where you will find 3 more bedrooms. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower and with access to the terrace. There is also a room with 2 single beds and a double room that share a family bathroom.



From the landing there are doors leading to the fabulous large terrace with views of the interior and the golf course and also the sea. All bedrooms have fans.



On the ground floor, from the hallway, there are French doors that lead to the large private terrace and the pool area with a beautiful electrically heated pool (size about 11m x 4m, depth varying from about 1.2m to 1 , 6 m). At one end of the pool there is a shallow area ideal for the little ones. The pool heating is optional with cost , which is paid in cash at the complex to the villa managers, request it at the time of booking or a week before check-in. The villa has pool towels.

On each side of the doors leading to the pool there are comfortable sofas and a large table where you can enjoy and share meals with family and friends. In this area there is a very bright room for the enjoyment of children, equipped with board games, a blackboard, children's books and also for the relaxation of the elderly with a good book ... There is also an area with a tennis table , a house for children and others.



For the chef of the family there is a Canarian barbecue and an outdoor table with a large umbrella for shade.



WiFi connection is available with this villa at no additional cost.
