- Living room with a sofa, lounge chair, and a large TV with a streamer. The sofa can be prepared as a bed that can comfortably sleep 2 adults.
- Balcony with an amazing breeze overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the peaceful surroundings.

This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.
Getting Around:
The apartment offers a private parking spot in the building's underground lot, a rare convenience for beachfront properties in Israel. Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are also available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.
