A Business Hotel which fulfils expectations.

In the past we stayed several times at this hotel and were very satisfied. The Hotel is located near shops and several facilities. We are aware that the situation of tourism in Israel is very difficult and the hotel has to cope with a low occupancy resulting in decreasing its staff. Notwithstanding the above, the bed sheets were stained and unfortunately, we saw it when we opened the cover and we were too tired to complain. The shower cell door did not prevent the wetting of the bathroom floor and the douche head was partially plugged, resulting in a strong punctions water stream. We sincerely hope that the hotel management will take care of these deficiencies.

The room was shabby, poorly lit, and the bathroom mirror was damaged. Keys given to me frequently did not work properly. To the staff's credit, I was refunded one night of the three I stayed there. Staff were extremely polite and understanding.

OK hotel in the middle of nowhere of Herzliya, I was offered a "breakfast included" when ordered but the unkind clerk told me they do not have breakfasts (although the breakfast sign was on the counter!!!)

Very Good

Definitely a good place: comfortable room, very helpful service, well-maintained. Only knock was the bathroom (small shower, shower head had weak pressure, and the water temperature was inconsistent-sometimes perfect, sometimes cold, and sometimes both scalding and freezing in the span of a minute). Also worth noting that there is no pool or gym available whatsoever (despite the hotel's claim on their website that they have an arrangement with the nearby gym "Holmes Place" to allow hotel guests entrance "for a nominal fee", this is nonexistent). But overall, definitely recommended.
