They seem to be in the process of updating renovating the hotel but the room was clean comfortable with a nice view of the Wrekin. Only issue was the tv which had poor reception.

large bathroom with bath , which was nice . Big room and quiet stay. Good value stay . Very friendly helpful staff .
Staff were nice and the hotel has a great location. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment so i had to go out for food, the room had noisy water pipes and the toilet started to leak. I would go back only if there were some serious refurbishment. Fine for a one night stay

The room was great and looked if it had recently been refurbished.
The restaurant is being refurbished so no food was available but this was made clear when booking. The bar was open, which was good.

Clean, comfortable room and cheap. We were just about the only ones there which is a bit disconcerting and as a result the restaurant was closed which we were not aware of beforehand. Hotel is a bit tired too, butfor the price it was really good.
Nice room, basic bed linen and shower. Staff very nice, no restaurant facilities, yet.

No restaurant so no food available, had to order a takeaway & eat in my room, room was very cold during the night as heating went off & bedding was very thin. Staff were friendly & helpful.
The reception staf was helpful but not very polite. Room was nice but was cold in the morning as heating was switched off.. Id rather have no heating in the evening under the blanket then to wake up into a cold room.

I checked in quite late after a long travel and the check in was easy. The room looked quite old but it was enough for the one night I wanted to stay there for. The bed was quite comfortable. Only issue I noticed was the shower curtain had mould on
Clean room although missing additional lighting as no main light. Staff were present not particularly friendly or engaging. Not restaurant and very limited bar and service Pets were allowed but that’s all.
