While the condo itself had a good location for lift access and was well appointed, there was little support from the host. I was promised that check-in details would be provided no later than 4pm on check-in day. When I did not receive any communication by 4:15 (we were already enroute from the airport) I sent a text to the host. No response. Then I called and was told I would receive the information "soon". We were almost at the condo when we finally received codes. Drop off instructions were confusing. The condo was a fair walk from the drop off. There was NO information about the location of the ski locker. We called to ask where it was located and the person we spoke to had no idea. She kept saying it was in the portal, which it was not, and she was rude. PS: the portal was terrible. Anytime we needed info, I would have to log in from scratch. When we finally found the locker it was tiny and rusty. We barely squeezed 3 pairs of skis in it. There were 6 skiers. Some of us had to haul our skis up a flight of stairs to the main space in the condo. Also, nowhere did it warn us that the condo was on the second floor with no elevator. Once inside, the master suite was completely separate from the main living space, and up yet another flight of stairs. We felt cut off from the rest of the group. Also, the shower in the main space bathroom created a puddle every time it was used. The 3rd "bedroom" was a TV room with a bed, next to the dining area, not private.
