Our family group had a great stay. We enjoyed taking photos on the property. The area also has plenty of activities including wineries, horseback riding, a casino and shopping to name a few. There are enough cowboy hats for everyone and a few props to help stage photos or you own western play.

We love a good theme!

Celebrated my birthday here with friends and it was everything we dreamed and more. All the info about the listing was straight forward and accurate. They have a LOT of cowboy hats available to use so you don't have to worry about buying extra!

Bday weekend

Good spot for a weekend at the wineries. Celebrated a birthday weekend. Old West town was fun, rooms were great for kids/young people. The two houses are great for age. Great property if you’re looking for that western vibe!

Wild West Weekend

We had the absolute best time staying at this property! It is so unique, cute and fun! I’ve never stayed somewhere like this and all of my friends were blown away with excitement when they showed up to see it for the first time! Highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a fun unique place in Temecula!

Very fun rental!

This property is so cool! It is every bit as good as the pictures. The house itself is beautiful and high quality and the western town is such a fun bonus space. The beds were amazing!!! Future renters may just want to know that this a bit out of town and 15 minutes to a grocery store. There are only 2 things about our stay that were less than perfect for us, first the kitchen is pretty poorly stocked/organized. Second is that we felt subconscious the whole time about our noise level as they have cameras, decibel sensors, and a cerfew. I get they are just trying to protect the property from wild parties but it did take away from our freedom to laugh and have fun with family at night which is part of the point of vacation. Overall we loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing trip.

We had a wonderful time. The property is one of a kind. The Western theme is absolutely extraordinary. It creates a fun experience, that feels like you are transported to another time. The main house is very modern and beautiful. The amenities are fantastic and the management company ensures that everything is perfect. We are definitely looking forward to a return visit. Everything we hoped for

This property was better than we expected and clearly a labor of love by the owner. We took our grandsons who were in constant awe and loved every single part of the "town." And the house was wonderful too. Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful memories.

Amazing experience!

Seriously if you have the opportunity to stay at this location, do it! Everything was clean, perfectly tied into the old west theme and the communication from the property manager was amazing! We went with a group for my 40th birthday. The jacuzzi was bigger than we expected. The house was immacuand had everything we needed to prepare beautiful meals- we ate on the patio daily. We utilized the saloon- played pool and poker and some of our guests stayed in the jail overnight! It was spacious enough for our group of 8, and intimate enough that we all got bonding time during this amazing staycation! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Amazing stay, felt like staying at a western set at Disneyland

This property does not disappoint! Pictures don't do it justice. The old west town is perfectly staged to be an old west jail, saloon, and bank--complete with spooky lights. Wish I had more time to stay. Only minor suggestion would be a little stronger wifi. I hope to be back again this year!

Great place for the family!

We took our family of five (3 boys ages 1 year, 3 years, and 6 years) here and everyone had a blast! The guest house was very clean and well equipped and the beds were all very comfy! Even the beds in the jail were super comfy! While the house wasn’t set us specifically for kids (no crib, baby equipment, stools for sink, or baby proofing etc) it was still pretty safe feeling for the kids running around and the baby crawling on the (very clean) floor. We had a great time in the ghost town and the actual town, visiting the wineries. The boys didn’t want to go home!

Old West Escape

Everyone loved the property!!! We all have told our friends & they want to plan a trip & go back in time to the Old West. It is a perfect place for the adult kids and children. The property has so much to offer. The house is lovely and spacious, perfect for a large group.

An hour away from home, but we felt transported to another time and place!

I stayed here this past week with my mom and 2 daughters for a stress-relieving getaway and it was exactly what we needed! The house itself was immaculate with calming decor. Beds were comfy, bathrooms very clean, and the home was spacious, yet cozy at the same time. Now let’s talk about the property... The Old West area was SO much fun. I have never seen anything like it outside of Knott’s Berry Farm, much less be able to have it to ourselves! My girls wrote and filmed a short movie out there that was hilarious, there are even hats and props to play with. The entire yard was perfect for relaxing...fountain pond with deck chairs, hammocks, porch swing, fire pit, even a very clean spacious jacuzzi...unfortunately it was in the 40°-50° range for weather so we weren’t brave enough to use it this trip. This was by far the best rental I’ve stayed at and can’t wait to go back when the weather is a bit warmer. Communication with management was prompt and courteous, and the house rules are very fair. Highly recommended across the board!

Western getaway

We had such a fun time staying at this property!! Upon arrival we noticed the cleanliness and care taken to get the home ready for our stay. I spoke with the property manager many times before our stay and she was very eager to accommodate all our needs. Our kids enjoyed the fun western style atmosphere and were immediately drawn to the cowboy hats and sheriff’s attire that was there for their enjoyment. The pool table kept my teenagers busy and being able to sleep in a jail cell was a fun bonus! We had a wonderful stay at this Rustic Reserve and will definitely stay again. We recommend this to all who are looking for a fun and quiet getaway in the beautiful wine country of Temecula.

5 stars...The most unique place I’ve ever stayed

This property is so thoughtfully designed, from your own; pond with fish, saloon with cowboy hats and a self playing piano to walk- in showers, I could go on for days talking about it. I can’t wait to come back here!!! If I owned it, I’d never want to leave.
