Great property at a good price. Room was large, clean and modern. Resort was well maintained and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink was good as well. Pool area was great. Very happy with our decision to stay at Pala.

This Pala casino is advertised as "family friendly" but it's not! The pools are for ages 21 and over. How is this place adverting family friendly when families are excluded from accessing the pool? Aside from this, check in staff is not friendly, caring nor interested in how your stay was. At check out, usually caring staff askes about how your stay was, but not at Pala, they don't care. The rooms bath tub drain cover did not cover and was never fixed during my stay. We had dinner and breakfast at the cafe and food was good 9/10 with big portions! Staff the the cafe/restaurant were courtesy and caring.

Pools and getting service in pool area

Whole stay for casino was nice easy access in parking lot close to entry of hotel and check in was quick. Only thing using pools and getting service was hard they need more work providing service to there hotel guests

I called the property to let them know that my husband was handicap and if it was possible to get a room now on elevator. When we arrived they greeted us right away and was able to provide us with a room near the elevator which we were eternally grateful for. The rooms are beautiful I have stayed in many hotels and I really really love the setup of this room. We had a room with two beds. There was plenty of room for my husband's motorized scooter. Sitting area and an extra lounger that someone could truly sleep on. Will definitely be going back soon.

Nickel and dime hotel

Over the hotel is nice. Got there early (2pm) to use the pool and celebrate our wedding anniversary. Had to pay an extra $35 to check in early. The front desk wasn’t very helpful and could really careless. The hotel got their $35 but lost a guest, I will never go back.
