It’s not fancy regular hotel a lil outdated but we just needed a room to sleep but it was clean, we didn’t have breakfast but they only had juice cereal and you can make waffles the employees were nice, parking is available only thing I didn’t like is that doors face the outside to the street by street is quiet

Place is old , especially towels they were rough and very cheap material , room was clean but overly odorized . Pillowcases were white at some point and certainly were clean but the color of them were just dull n no longer white. The pillows were super flat. The one person sofa chair was full of stains . Breakfast was minimal ! No protein or fruits . Just waffles, 2 cereals, skim milk pitcher coffee and juices.The pictures on this website are very deceiving! . Lots of junkies in the area. We were in corner downstairs next to the stairs and our room rattled anytime anyone used them, we can hear all footsteps of people walking above us at night. Oddly we were given our tv remote at check and had to return at check out. We stayed there 2 nights , second day our key was not working. Had to go back info office to get it re activated. The pool was full of tree debris and water was super murky. You can tell NO ONE is using it.Would definitely not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Have stayed at many Quality Inns and this one is the first to be so disappointing. Especially the breakfast and quality of the rooms.

I didn’t arrive until the morning and they would not let me check in. All I needed was to maybe take a shower freshen up, etc. they said no basically you were charged but your reservation was canceled because you didn’t show up last night. I have done this at numerous times at other hotels and never have I been treated this way.

The room was not well maintained, as far as broken and worn out light switches. The towels were old and stained. The noise from the freeway was annoying. The continental breakfast was very very limited to cereal and waffles with the choice of orange juice or apple juice. That's it! Overall, it was just ok.

(The bed) was comfortable to lay on/in, but it's scary/dangerous to stand next to the bed, due to a couple of long metal rods sticking at the side of the bed, (the bathroom shower) it was ok, we didn't use it, (toilet) no seat cover/very unsanitary, but ok, (bathroom itself) was ok, (front door) not secured/not safe due to no secured locks on the door/or windows, kept chair behind/under the door knob, to secure door

Had got a room, but found actual worms throughout the room (took a video), then was moved to another room & the AC didn't work, customer service was cool but rooms were far from the best need to be cleaned & repaired most definitely
