Nice enough room with a great breakfast. Room was not laid out well at all. Only full length mirror is 6 inches from bed … useless. Bathroom door weighs a ton and is noisy as heck. No shampoo (even after asking) body wash n conditioner.

Long-time Customer Disappointed by Poor Service

Let me start by saying, we have been staying at this hotel in Temecula, California a couple times each year for about 15 years. We have kept going back because we liked the customer service, location, breakfast, and decent accommodations. I am also a rewards member for this hotel chain, so I expected at least polite treatment at the front desk. This trip the front desk employees exhibited TERRIBLE customer service. We do not plan to return to this hotel. After standing at the front desk for a while with no one helping me, the male employee reluctantly came to the front desk because his supervisor / manager told him to get out of the back room behind the front desk, in order to help me at the front desk (not sure why the supervisor / manager could not help me since she was right there). When I requested to check in, the male employee told me that I could not check-in until a little over an hour later. Usually, this is not such a big deal to me, as I told the employee. However, this trip, I had heat sensitive items in my car and it was 100 degrees outside. Again, the waiting was not as much of an issue as the rude attitude and inattentiveness. These employees both need some customer service training, and maybe a lesson in economics, as they have lost our business.

Wonderful visit

The whole experience staying at SpringHill suites have been wonderful. Came to California to celebrate my husband and sister in law birthday with family. I will definitely make this one of my hotels I will revisit. A top 10. Thank you.

Temecula get-away

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay! We loved the breakfast buffet. Lots of seating area available, which is a plus. This property has 2 pools, indoor and outdoor, which is unusual and another plus! The staff is courteous and friendly. We enjoy the nearby Mexican restaurant/and Tortilla factory (an easy walk from hotel), good food and good prices. Restaurant does close at 9pm, just fyi. We will book again here, hopefully!
