We had a great stay at this VRBO! The location is fantastic, close to the beach and restaurants, which made our trip especially enjoyable and convenient.The home was comfortable and well-suited for our stay. While there were a few minor signs of normal wear and tear, they didn’t take away from the overall experience. We did notice a couple of small items like an empty shampoo bottle and dish soap, and the towels were a bit older, but these were minor details.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-located place near the beach with easy access to dining and amenities.

Overall we enjoyed our experience at this modern container home. It was clean and spacious and the AC worked very well and kept us cool. Initial contact with the owner was slightly delayed but once we received the number for the property manager everything ran smoothly and she was fantastic!The property is not really walking distance to the beach and you have to drive to get to the good beaches, restaurants and shops.It is a great space with comfortable beds, shower water was hot and home was well stocked.The property is showing some ware. The kitchen faucet is hot adhered properly, the shower is slow to drain and leaks onto floor, the kitchen counter is chipped and walls have many scuffs.It was great to have laundry and chairs for the beach although they needed to be aired out.The pool was great and warm enough. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and the BBQ worked great.

Pura Vida Bliss

After reviewing over 50 options for our visit to Costa Rica, we kept being drawn to this villa. The look, location, amenities, all the stars aligned. We stayed for one week and truly enjoyed host's hospitality. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary kitchenware and utensils for breakfasts at home, although there are great coffee shops just 5 min away as well. It was so relaxing to see the sunrise on the roof with jungle sounds within feet, sipping excellent Cafe Britt. Howler monkeys came to visit and chill on the large tree every morning around 8 am, right behind the fence, no need to visit a sanctuary to observe the wildlife. The pool is large and is cleaned weekly by property management, and skimmer is available just in case. Beds were comfortable with good linens. Air conditioners work great, although we were blessed with excellent weather during our end of April stay, so we used the aircons only few times. Brasilito with famous Conchal beach is 15 min drive, and you can walk to great entertainment and black sand beach in Potrero itself. Tamarind, El Coco all within less than an hour ofo driving. Property manager Patricia was always responsive and extremely helpful. So grateful to the hosts for letting us enjoy this unique space. We'll definitely be back to Potrero and Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Great Stay

Great place to stay, we enjoyed watching all the wildlife, birds, and even had a few of the locals for a visit (dogs & cats). House had everything that we needed and a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Communication with Patricia was very easy, she was very accommodating. Highly recommend a stay at Casa Hermosa!

We stayed here for 9 nights and absolutely loved it. It was very quiet and very clean. It was situated on the outskirt of town so it backs onto the jungle. The pool was a perfect size. The rooftop patio was nice to relax on with very comfortable furniture. They also had beach chairs that we could use which was very handy. Would love to stay here again.

amazing house!!!

great for a family, great location check in was easy and nice everything about this property is truly worth it!!! My four year old loveeeeed the pool, the stairs are a little scary at first for them but just keep an eye if you have an adventurous kid. I will 100% come back here next time i go back to visit!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The home was clean and true to the photos. The host was very responsive and has answered all our question. The only thing we didn’t enjoy much was the ants outside but the host has applied some product then it became more manageable.

Private villa close to the beach

This location is close to the beach and a few restaurants and 2 grocery stores. Pros: the price was good. We had our privacy and our own private pool. The kitchen had the bare essentials. The ac worked very well. Close to the beach, a few restaurants, and 2 grocery stores. There was beach towels provided along with a cooler. There was shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels provided. The washer and dryer worked well and was convenient. There was a friendly orange feline that came once or twice a day for pets and food. We named him Henry. Cons: The 2 beds I would rate a 5. Pillows were flat and the beds would be fine for a one to three night stay. We stayed 8 nights and they were not very forgiving. The entire place definitely needed a deep clean. We had to fight ants in both bathrooms and the only shower drained very slow. We had to skim the pool at least twice a day to even swim in it. We had to sweep 2-3 times per day because there wasn’t any rugs to catch anything. The security system was a keychain fob which we rarely used because we were scared we would lose it (it fell apart the 2nd it was handed to us). The coffee maker had a crack in it so it fell apart the 1st time we tried to use it. There were boards broken/popping up around the pool which we didn’t care about but could be a safety hazard if people were bringing children. The microwave had some sort of explosion in it which we didn’t discover until we used it at the end of our stay.

Exceptional house with a pool and outdoor terrace; all necessary amenities are on-site. Very well located, close to the beach and grocery stores. Our host, Patricia, provides excellent service, responds very quickly, and ensures our stay is perfect.
