Condo decorate a beautifully, very comfortable, completely noise proof and in a great location. It was perfect for our family for my husband and our two teenage children. I have everything we needed and the property managers were very responsive and helpful. It’s right across from the beach and all the restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Fantastic stay in Las Catalinas! The condo was excellent - very comfortable with modern appliances and amenities. The patio was the highlight with plenty of seating and great views of the ocean and the square below. The beach is a short walk from the condo and they equipped the place with everything you need for a trip to the beach. Also, Julio and Nicole were super helpful and communicative the whole trip! Highly recommend!

Gorgeous!!

Beautiful and spacious, with all the amenities! The host has thought of everything! Comfortable beds, A/C, Bluetooth speaker, bar ware, water filter, plenty of toiletries, boogie boards
the list goes on! Great view of the restaurants and ocean beyond from huge covered porch, and a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Our luggage was transported for us, after a quick and easy check-in. The concierges were very friendly and helpful—can arrange transportation anywhere, make dinner reservations, or book an excursion for you! Had a wonderful time—thank you!

The property was amazing and the accomodations were fantastic. We had everything we needed and more. Blue Zone did a wonderful job making ALL of our arrangements for transportation and excursions. We HIGHLY recommend Las Catalinas and we would definitely come back!!!

Great Communication & Fun Location

Amazing gem in Las Catalinas

Could not have been happier with our stay. This is in such a great spot in Las Catalinas - close to beach access and restaurants and the sunset views from outdoor space were great. Very well appointed house, with everything you could ask for including beach chairs, towels, umbrella, etc. And the management was also great. For weeks leading up to our stay, Kelly was in close contact making sure that we had everything we needed. Response time for questions, etc. was often less than a minute. First time in Las Catalinas, but certainly not our last.

Better than advertised!

This is the first rental I've ever done that over achieved it's listing. The unit had everything you could need from a living, cooking, sleeping, relaxing, beach-ing perspective. We are a family of four with two teenage girls and it fit perfectly. AC works great, kitchen is the best I've rented from a "what do I need" perspective. Even large ice cube trays in the freezer for your drinks!! The communication with the Bluezone team (Kelly) prior was great. She helped us quickly with any questions and set us up with some fantastic excursions. Kelly was there throughout the week and even after when we left something behind. The location is better than I even thought. You are right in the middle of town. 30 second walk to four different restaruants and it might take you a whole minute to walk to the beach!! We will be back to Las Catalinas and back to this exact unit! More than 5 Stars! Couple quick tips: 1) Ubers are really inexpensive and useful here. Get down to Hemingways on the beach. 2) Buy any groceries or liquor on way into town or at duty free. 3) Don't do a river rafting trip in the dry season. 4) Do Dantita Beach 5) Gracia at Mar Vista is a must go! Early afternoon for pool is fun however, not any shade options for pool. If you are going to try and stay for dinner/sunset DEFINITELY make a reservation. Sunset here is something special. 6) The health spa actually has great food and drinks and are the most affordable in town and delicious. 7) Club pool is great too

Amazing Gamily vacation at Las Catalinas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Las Catalinas and in this apartment. The entire compound was clean and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The apartment was well equipped with beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, and much more. The apartment overlooked the plaza with a delicious sushi restaurant and breakfast/lunch place “Pots and Bowls” below. Both had incredible, fresh food. There was an amazing sunset view from our terrace and a small grocery store in the compound for any and all snacks and needs. We do not have enough good things to say about our say and definitely intend on returning!

Great Location

This was a week long vacation with my wife, half of which was spent in this unit and the second half was spent in Casa Chameleon. This unit was a perfect start to our week. It was spacious and super clean. The concierge was super responsive from day one. We really enjoyed how close it was to all the restaurants and directly across the plaza from the brewery as well. The spacious deck allowed for rest after a day out on the trails or in the water. I would highly recommend this location to others and would gladly stay here again. My only complaint would be that the town discourages the use of hot water and so our showers were all cold or luke warm due to hot water heater settings. This is not necessarily the fault of the unit as much a general area rule of the town. I wish it was less strict. I will also add that the trail head to bike and hiking trails are only feet away from this rental as is the beach. It is also only a very short walk to the Beach club if you are interested in using a gym or lap pool.
